How do I place an order?
You can place an order either online on our website or by phone at 410-358-2237.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order online, through the mail, or via phone.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Is my payment and credit card information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed using Paypal's secure gateway.

You don't need a Paypal login to use this secure payment processing gateway. The Paypal processing gateway will accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover on our behalf.

If you have a Paypal login, you won't even need to enter your credit card number - simply choose which method you want to use to make your payment within your Paypal account.

Before you enter any credit card or payment information, you will automatically be routed to the secure payment processing screens and will see the Green Secure Lock next to the Paypal URL.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse between 4-10 business days. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will contact you with further options.

Can you ship same day?

Expedited delivery options speeds up shipping time only. Please note that it may take additional days to process your order.

Can I have a gift shipped to someone else?
Yes. Gifts by Gilda can ship the item directly to someone else. When checking out, please make sure to check the option, “This will be shipped to a different address.” You can also include a note to the gift recipient, and have the item gift wrapped free of charge.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please contact us at 410-358-2237 for information.

What is your return policy?
If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us and we will email you a prepaid shipping label for immediate return and we will send you a replacement free of charge. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the wrong or damaged item for free replacement.

If you are dissatisfied with the item, you may return the item in its original packing within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all labels attached. Some restrictions may apply. Many are of a delicate nature that require careful packing to avoid damage during shipment. Items that are returned damaged will not be credited back to your account.

Do you offer engraving on your silver items?
Yes, we do offer engraving on all of our silver items. Engraving can be done in Hebrew, English, or a combination of the two. The engraving is done by a professional engraver, and the cost is as follows:
Up to ten letters: $18
Every letter after that costs an additional $1.00 per letter.

How do I sign up for a bridal registry?
Please contact Gifts by Gilda at 410-358-2237 to make an appointment to set up the registry.

Does Gifts by Gilda deliver to local Bridal Registries?
Yes. Gifts by Gilda delivers for local Bridal Registries. Orders from outside Baltimore for local registries can be delivered for a fee of $5. Please check "Pick up in Store" located beneath the Billing Address and make a note in the Additional Information text box that you would like to have the gift delivered.

Do you giftwrap? Can I include a gift card?
Gift cards and elegant giftwrapping are included for free.
