Return Policy

At Gifts by Gilda we are confident that you'll love your purchase, but if you have concerns about your merchandise, you may send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to arrange a refund. Refund will be issued within 7 business days upon receiving the item in good condition, unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Please review our policies below before calling with questions or concerns.


  • Items which have been damaged or modified, beyond manufacturer defect
  • Items that are used and have the store tag removed

  • If you simply do not like your purchased item, Gifts by Gilda will refund your purchase cost within the 7 day warranty period, however we cannot assist with covering shipping cost.
  • Returns on any order that  received the free shipping promotion, will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
  • If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us and we will email you a prepaid shipping label for immediate return and we will send you a replacement free of charge. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the wrong or damaged item for free replacement.
  • We accept returns on items that are in new or unused condition with original packaging in the condition it was shipped. Some restrictions may apply.
  • Many products are of delicate nature and require careful packing to avoid damage during shipment. Upon receipt of a return item, we will inspect the product's condition for quality control. After the product's original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund. Most refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
  • You have 7 days from the time an item is delivered to make a return or exchange for refund.
  • We must receive your returned item within 14 days of shipping date.


  • We inspect all returned items upon arrival.

  • Your refund should arrive within 7 business days after the carrier issues your tracking number.
  • Credit card refunds will be issued to same card used to make the purchase.
  • Delivery charges are not refunded, unless applicable.
  • Service fees including repair, lacquering, engraving, and polishing are non-refundable.
  • If you return a partial order, we will only refund returned items.
  • Damaged orders will only be refunded with proper proof. Please make sure to save all packaging and items for UPS inspection.
  • All items returned over 6 months from purchase are subject to final sale pricing.
