Shipping and Returns

At Gifts by Gilda, we treat every package with the utmost care to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within one to ten business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. Items that require repair, lacquering, or engraving require extra time prior to shipping. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and you will then have the option to wait for the item or choose another in stock item. Orders within the United States typically arrive within one to five business days.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee within the United States. Please contact customer service at 410.358.2237 for more information.

We ship internationally to all countries. Gifts by Gilda does not take responsibility for customs, taxes, or duties that may result from importing merchandise from the United States.

We deliver within 21215, 21208, and 21209 once a week. Free delivery is available for Wedding Registry orders. Please select “Free Bridal Delivery” from the shipping options at checkout. All other orders can be delivered for a nominal fee of $7. Rush delivery is $20. Please select the delivery option you need at checkout.

Your package will arrive via UPS or USPS. Due to the high value of our products, we may require a signature upon delivery. We will be happy to ship your item to a more convenient destination, such as a workplace, so that you can be available to sign for your package. We also offer an optional insurance policy for all orders over $100.

Shipping a gift? We offer complimentary gift wrapping and gift notes.

If you are dissatisfied with any item, you may return the item in its original packaging within seven days of receipt for an exchange or refund, excluding any shipping and handling costs. Items may be returned for store credit for up to 90 days and may be used for up to 2 years on any regular priced items. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all labels attached. Some restrictions may apply. Please note, many of our products are delicate and require careful packaging to avoid damage during shipment. Items that are returned damaged will not be credited back to your account. Bridal registry return policy may differ from our regular return policy. When setting up your registry you will receive all the relevant information. Please note we do not take returns on seasonal items.
